User accounts on our Learning Management System will be accessible until your paid period ends. We do not prorate and credit back unused time. After that, any user accounts associated with your account on our Learning Management System will become inaccessible. Enterprise Plans: You will not be charged your monthly hosting fee again. If you paid for it on a month or a year subscription and then cancel before the paid period is up, we make sure you aren’t charged in the future. Access to our courses in your Learning Management System will continue to be available until your paid period ends, unless you ask us to cut off access before. We do not prorate and credit back unused time, but checkout our Refund Policy, we aim to be fair so maybe we can do something to help. You will be required to pay any user fees generated per our normal agreement, until our courses are no longer generating user activity from your LMS.
