1. How Do I cancel?

We sell subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis and you may cancel your subscription anytime.  Account owners can follow these instructions to cancel:

From our website navigate to the footer (bottom of the page) and select “Manage Subscription”, if you are not already logged in you will need to, you’ll see your orders, then select “Cancel Subscription” for the order you would like to cancel. Yes, it’s that easy.

Our legal responsibility is to account owners. This means we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone else. If you no longer know who the account owner is, contact us and we’ll reach out to any current account owners at the email addresses we have on file and try to get things figured out.
