This Lean Six Sigma Assessment is useful for Instructors and Students interested in assessing knowledge during training or preparing for Yellow Belt Certification. The CLSSYB can be used in preparation for the International Association for Six Sigma Certification* or for any number of other certifications, including internal private company certifications.
The CLSSYB Assessment comes with two Adobe Acrobat PDF files. The test includes Fill-in-the-Blank, Multiple Choice, True/False and Matching formatted with the CLSSYB Exam consisting of a total of 30 questions. After the test, use the second PDF file (Answer Key) to see which questions you answered correctly and incorrectly. You can use the Answer Key and test to see if you're ready for your test and to help in preparation.
