Personal Plan Documentation

Welcome to Open Source Six Sigma. This guide is for the Personal plan. Your membership includes full access to the SixCamp training platform with complete courseware for all three belts: Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt.

Every new membership starts with a 3-day free trial. A card is required at signup, but you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.

Here is what happens after you sign up:

• You complete checkout on our store and start your trial.
• You receive an email with a link that automatically signs you in to your training account.
• Separately, you receive an email with a password reset link so you can set a password for your account.
• You open the login link, land in your course dashboard, and start learning.

Shortly after signup you will receive a welcome email containing your personal login link for the training platform. Clicking it signs you in automatically.

You are automatically enrolled in the Minitab version of SixCamp. Want the SigmaXL version as well? Once logged in, click the back button in the upper left corner, then Course Catalog, then click the + symbol on the SixCamp LSS SigmaXL course.

You can always reach the training platform directly at osss.talentlms.com. We recommend bookmarking it.

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes:

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Search your inbox for "TalentLMS" or "Open Source Six Sigma".
• Go to osss.talentlms.com and use Forgot password with the email address you signed up with.
• Still stuck? Email support and we will get you access.

Your dashboard lists your enrolled courses. Each belt is organized into modules that you work through in order. Your progress saves automatically, so you can stop at any point and pick up exactly where you left off, on any device.

We suggest starting with Yellow Belt if you are new to Six Sigma, then progressing to Green Belt and Black Belt. If you already have experience, you are free to jump straight into the belt that matches your level. All three are included in your membership.

Your training lives on our learning platform at osss.talentlms.com. Here is how to find your way around:

• Home dashboard: after logging in you land on your dashboard, which lists every course you are enrolled in. Click a course to open it.
• Back button: the back button in the upper left corner takes you out of a course and back to the main platform.
• Course Catalog: from the main platform, open the Course Catalog to see available courses. Click the + symbol on a course to add it to your account.

Log in from any device. Your account and progress are the same everywhere.

Your courses include downloadable practice materials that accompany the lessons:

• Minitab data files for hands-on statistical practice, covering topics like ANOVA, control charts, DOE, Gage R&R, regression, and process capability.
• Project templates including FMEA, SIPOC, Project Charter, Fishbone diagrams, Control Plans, and more.

Download links appear inside the relevant course modules. Save the files to your computer and open them alongside the lessons as you work through the exercises.

Certificates in SixCamp are earned by completing assessments. Each belt has its own assessment: pass the Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt assessment and you earn a certificate of completion for that belt. Completing the full training earns its own certificate as well. Working through course material alone does not issue a certificate; passing the assessment does.

An important distinction: our certificates recognize training completion, not third-party certification. The curriculum is aligned to the IASSC body of knowledge, so it prepares you to sit the independent IASSC certification exams if you choose to pursue formal certification. The IASSC exam is taken separately through IASSC.

The Personal plan is $29 per month and renews automatically each month. Annual and lifetime options are also available if you prefer to pay once and stop thinking about it.

• Your 3-day free trial converts to a paid membership automatically at the end of the trial.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• To manage or cancel your membership, use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or contact support and we will handle it for you.
