Welcome to Open Source Six Sigma SixCamp Enterprise.

The setup process is a collaborative endeavor that starts with your completion of this form, enabling us to facilitate your onboarding as quickly as possible. Please review and complete the following items to initiate the process:

 

1. You have agreed to the terms & conditions in the SixCamp Enterprise License, please download a copy for your records. If we have executed a modified agreement separately offline, then you can disregard this step and move on to items 2, 3 and 4 below.

 

2. All users who access SixCamp courses on your Learning Management System (LMS) must agree to our Terms of Use, please download a copy for your records.

3. You get three (3) free admin user accounts intended to provide your internal Lean Six Sigma subject matter experts with free access to the content for the purpose of supporting your end-users. Please let us know the names & email addresses of these admin users so we can exclude them from the monthly billing.

4. Tell us about your Learning Management System (LMS) so that we can provide you properly formatted files. For example, who is the LMS software provider (i.e. TalentLMS, Moodle, Litmos, SAP, Adobe Learning Manager), if you have a public facing url address for your LMS instance please provide it (i.e. https://osss.talentlms.com/plus/login), if your LMS lives inside of a private company network please describe what course file formats it will accept (i.e. Scorm 1.2, SCORM 2004, Tin Can).
